You may use the PayPal process in these two steps:

Step 1:  Please fill in the short form below and add the appropiate type of membership to the shopping cart, and return to this page to add additional memberships. Then click on the View Cart button to return to the cart without adding a membership.  Once you get to the PayPal shopping cart page, Please make sure everything is correct (name, address, & number of memberships) before checking out.

Step 2: After you've paid for your membership(s), you will be automatically redirected back to our site to finish the Registration process. Please fill in the form on that page and click the 'Send' button to email the form to Registration.

Groups or Fan Organizations

Please use the Special Group or FanTable reservation page with your discount code.

If you aren't redirected back to our site, please email Registration to make sure that Paypal got your payment before filling in this form again and accidentally paying twice.  Thanks!
